At Meadow Roman Shade, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our custom window treatments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shades do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for standard sizes and a resolution process for custom orders.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the shades in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
