How do I measure my windows for Meadow Roman Shades?
To ensure a perfect fit, measure the width and height of your window frame in three places. For inside mounts, use the narrowest width; for outside mounts, we recommend adding 2-3 inches to the width to prevent light leakage.
What is the typical production and shipping timeline?
Since each shade is custom-made to your specifications, please allow 7-10 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your Roman shades cordless for child safety?
Yes, we prioritize safety. All Meadow Roman Shades come with a standard cordless lift system or a motorization upgrade to ensure a clean look and a child-safe environment.
Can I request fabric swatches before placing a full order?
Absolutely. We offer up to five fabric swatches for a small shipping fee to help you match colors and textures perfectly with your home decor before committing to a purchase.
What is your return policy for custom-made shades?
Because our products are custom-manufactured to your specific measurements, we cannot accept returns for non-quality related issues. However, if your shade arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
What types of lining options do you offer?
We offer three lining options: Unlined for maximum light filtering, Privacy Lining for a soft glow with complete privacy, and Blackout Lining for total light control in bedrooms or media rooms.
